The ACA is committed to breaking down barriers so that all teens in Arizona have access to the benefits of cycling. We have partnered with Giant Bicycles to expand opportunities for underserved and underrepresented youth. The ACA Vía Scholarship is valued at over $1,500 and provides selected student-athletes with:

  • Giant Talon 1 or Liv Tempt 1 mountain bike
  • Helmet, shoes, and other bike accessories
  • Team jersey stipend paid to their team
  • Financial assistance to cover all registration and entry fees for a full season of racing

Ten scholarships will be awarded in 2023, to five boys and five girls. An application can be filed on behalf of a student-athlete by a coach, parent, or the student-athlete.

  • Demonstrate that scholarship recipient will have transportation to and from practices and events, and have access to places to ride
